It’s a fair COPFS

Update: exposure of Statutory scam now almost cliché

This time, it was our very own Crown Office & Procurator Fiscal Service’s turn for the proverbial tumbleweed:

Dear [DoD]

I refer to your e-mail of 16 November 2024 in which you requested the following information:

I require from COPFS material evidence – at root source – of the lawfully-established obligation to obey government legislation, and/or the lawful process by which any man or woman’s obligation is created upon (or after) their birth.

This request will be managed by The Crown Office and Procurator Fiscal Service under the Freedom of Information Act (Scotland) 2002 (FOISA).

This is a formal notice under Section 17 that the information sought is not held by COPFS.

Of course it isn’t held: because it doesn’t exist. And it doesn’t exist because there is no such obligation, and there never was. Statutory legislation is simply the colour of law, brought into being with false claims of authority and simple narcissism by those who believe themselves to be superior yet in reality are the lowest of the low, thereafter enforced by a system based solely on delusions of grandeur, presumption and the irrational belief in fake authority via fictitious titles. Nothing more. Anyone involved with imposing this fake system of abuse on the public, in any way, shape or form, should understand that their entire existence is predicated on a massive fraud.

That includes YOU, from the judiciary, reading this.

We’ll end this update with a quote, righty or wrongly attributed to Tony Benn:

Let’s keep that in mind should they ever try to pull off another stunt like Covid.
