Dent in the System: Update
It would seem that our recent article (link here) regarding revelations of a potential Police Scotland armed raid at the home of Dumfries & Galloway man Michael Dent may have had somewhat of an effect.
Firstly, Police Scotland responded to our online request for information by suggesting that we submit a request for information under the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002.
(Surely they didn’t think we’d actually believe that information on armed raids would be given out in an FOI request… surely?)
Then came the news that yesterday’s article was delivered to the front desks of both Lockerbie and Dumfries police stations, along with the message to the bewildered-looking desk staff that “people are talking about this”.
We may never know whether such a raid is, or ever was planned, although we have it on good authority that concrete evidence of such an armed raid exists (more on this to follow) – but one thing is for sure: D&G’s local plod now knows that eyes are upon them with regards to their actions towards Mr Dent.
We have also received allegations that one of D&G’s Armed Response Unit is guilty of terrorising an innocent family with death threats – at their family home – on the same night they had just learned of losing a loved one in the most horrific of circumstances, and that this officer was then cleared of any wrongdoing in court… on top of which he also kept his position in the armed response unit!
More on that to follow, but we can’t help but wonder if this particular abuser might have been present at the raid (which may or may not have been planned)…? Interesting, to say the least.
Will these recent revelations make any difference to the actions of these self-entitled parasites?
Answers on a postcard, but here at the DoD we’re having visions of vampires squirming in sunlight.
